Greetings to our visitors!
Here is a note to tell you a little 'About Us'. Pak Mail Steiner Ranch was established in September of 2007 in the very popular northwest master community of Steiner Ranch - located in Austin, Texas.
We are Bobby Ott and Jay Franklin and we started the business May of 2007. Bobby Ott received his Doctorate in Education at the University of Texas in Austin and works as a school district administrator. Jay Franklin received his B.S. at Southwest Texas University and is a manufacturing engineer. We both have been friends since elementary school and have always discussed starting our own business.
Pak Mail Steiner Ranch became this opportunity; and since we have become packaging and shipping experts! The year 2007 will be remembered as the day we took the plunge into becoming mid-aged entrepreneurs! We are very happy we did, and the Steiner Ranch Community has been a wonderful clientele to serve.
We have received growth from several venues of advertising, but nothing mentioned above compares to the referrals we get on a daily basis from our customers for whom we are very grateful and are pleased to call our friends.
We take great pride in serving the community we live in and have the privilege of seeing many customers and meeting their specific needs.
