Yes, and if we package and ship your items, they are covered for both loss and damage. Many carriers will deny coverage if your shipment is deemed improperly packed – make sure this doesn’t happen to you, bring it to us to pack. Our claims ratio is less than 1%. |

3. Will you pick up my items for shipping?

9. I'm afraid to ship my good china. How can I be sure it's packaged right?
Give it to Pak Mail. We are professionally trained to safely package anything and our declared value coverage will see to it that it's fully insured. Dishes take time and knowledge. We use a product called Dish Pak and we always double box. |
