Inner Pack Protection
Pak Mail Steiner Ranch provides a broad variety of materials to protect your items. Our packaging experts will help you determine the best material for your shipments.
Bubble wrap and foam wrap combined with loose fill (peanuts) are adequate protection for most light to medium weight items.
Cellulose wadding is used as a first stage wrap for furniture to protect from scratches.
Styrofoam sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses and they will cushion heavy items. Styrofoam also provides insulation from heat and cold.
Poly-laminate foam is an open cell cushioning material that provides superior protection for heavy items. It is an ideal protection for high value items that may be shipped repeatedly.
Foam in place is a custom molded product that conforms around your item for a custom snug fit for superior protection.
Blanket wrap is un-crated exhibit properties or materials that are wrapped with blankets or other protective padding for shipment via van line.
Honeycomb corrugate is a one-inch thick cardboard with hexagonal cells used to provide firm packaging. This is typically used in packing art prints or expensive drawings in between two sheets of honeycomb corrugate to ensure if standing upright the item will not bend if struck in the middle by an object. |

Crating
Outer Pack Protection
Pak Mail of Steiner Ranch builds crates designed to meet your exact requirements. We determine the strength of your crates based upon weight, fragility and value. We provide standard solid crates and slotted crates based on your needs.
Protecting your items is our top priority. We utilize a variety of protective cushioning materials including: styrofoam, open cell poly-laminates, foam in place, bubble wrap, loose fill and cellulose wadding.
We will pick up your items, safely transport them to our facility and properly pack them for transport. If required we can also build crates onsite at your facility. |

Pak Mail of Steiner Ranch provides a wide range of box options. We stock over 40 different single and double wall box sizes. We can also build custom boxes.
We will protect your items with the same “inner pack” materials described above. |
